Books, books, books!
As my bibliophile sister-in-law and the AAP will tell you, read to your kids! We are on board and thanks to many friends and family, we are also well prepared. Thanks Mom for remembering my childhood love of Richard Scarey and other books. And for embracing our interest in the Irish language.
Jennifer gifted us with the wonderful Eric Carle books (not pictured) and these great selection of books for babies
Dear Anne kindly shared a book loved by her little boy.
And my lovely mother-in-law-in-law (my brother's mom-in-law) gave us some children's classics. Et ma chère belle-belle-mère (la belle mere de mon frère) nous a donné des livres classique pour les enfants.
Once a reader, always a reader. I hope Liam enjoys all the stories read to him. Love, Abba and Da
ReplyDeleteHey, is your brother's momma-in-law from Georgia?
ReplyDeleteI heard of a mother up there who didn't eat catfish and didn't have a pistol. She spoke French, but nobody listened on account of the catfish thing. Keep up the good work, about the site.
Look -- see I even missed one where I got called out!! How horrible of me.
ReplyDeleteGreat selection there! Kyle loves the "If You Give" books.
